A passionate advocate for people with disability, Sharley found his calling in the NDIS sector after high school. For over three years, Sharley has excelled as a Plan Manager, simplifying the complexities of the NDIS and empowering participants to take control of their funding and support choices. Sharley's dedication to client well-being shines through in his ability to build meaningful relationships with his clients and provide tailored support. 

Outside of work, Sharley is a devoted sports fan, passionately cheering on both the Adelaide Crows and the Penrith Panthers.

His enthusiasm extends beyond the sporting arena, as he loves to travel and immerse himself in different cultures, always eager to learn and grow through new experiences. Sharley's vibrant personality, combined with his unwavering commitment to his clients, makes him an asset not only to Lighthouse Disability but to the disability community.
