Meet David

David has a wealth of experience in the disability sector having previously held a variety of specialist roles with both Government agencies and not-for-profit organisations. 

Before commencing with Lighthouse Disability, David led a large team of disability support workers for a national health care organisation.

Dave says “The most important thing to me is that our clients receive the best support possible. To me, that means our clients are actively engaged with support staff to live their life how they want to live it. I look forward to guiding my team towards this goal with an organisation like Lighthouse, which has such a strong and rich history.”

David is passionate about improving the daily lives and independence of our clients and is looking forward to guiding his team towards this goal.

Outside of work, Dave is a bit of petrol head – having spent several years working at Holden before moving into the disability sector. It should be known that Dave’s pristine Mini Cooper often takes pride of place in the Park Terrace car park.
