Meet Cyril

Known for his infectious smile, Cyril has over 15 years’ experience working with Lighthouse Disability, with previous roles as a Community Support Worker, Senior Support Worker and Manager, Service Delivery Support.

Cyril says "I enjoy leading teams to support our clients to achieve their goals. It's great to see a smile on our client's face when they learn something new. Lighthouse Disability have provided me with great opportunities to build my skills to achieve success in my career. Being recognised for my efforts, commitment and hard work feels incredible."

Across his time with the organisation Cyril has gone above and beyond to ensure that the clients he supports have choice and control. This is something he instils into his teams and strives to provide the best service to our clients and their support networks.

Outside of work, Cyril is an avid cricket fan and loves to spend time in garden.
