The property features a thoughtfully designed accessible kitchen and bathroom, ensuring that everyone's needs are met. The separate lounge/living area provides a private retreat for relaxation and entertainment, as well as when family or friends come round.

Stay comfortable year-round with ducted reverse cycle air conditioning that guarantees the ideal climate regardless of the season.

Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the front verandah, cocooned by the embrace of lush trees and the symphony of chirping birds. This enchanting setting creates a serene ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a long day or enjoying a morning cup of coffee.

Additionally, there is an accessible and large outdoor barbeque area. Ideal for Sunday lunches, evening dinners, and everything in between.

Meet Your Housemates

We are three males aged in our 50s who enjoy going out, movies and watching television. We are looking for male housemates, who will be able to share our supports.

Funding Information

Requires a 1:2 or 1:3 support ratio.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

  • NDIS SIL funding is required. Other appropriate funding including Lifetime Support Authority, Return to Work SA, Disability Support for Older Australians or Self-Funded may be considered.
  • SIL Provider: Lighthouse Disability

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

We will also ask you or your support person to sign a tenancy agreement with the SDA provider and a service agreement with Lighthouse Disability.
